Jo Hemlatha

Jo (they/them) is a writer-activist trained in ethnographic, participatory and narrative methods. They work broadly on queer-trans-sex worker politics and life worlds in South Asia and co-run two projects- Almaarii (a visual collection of queer trans closets in South Asia) and Trans/form (a pedagogical tool to understand anti trans violence in South Asia).
