Fahriye Adsay

Fahriye Adsay has a BA in History from the Middle East Department at Technical University in Ankara. She also has an MA in Sociology from Dicle University, Diyarbakir, and a second MA in Kurdish Language and Literature from Artuklu University, Mardin. She has translated many books and articles in the field of Kurdish Studies and Social Sciences. She authored a book titled Yezidi Kadınlar: Kültürel Sınırların Edilgen Taşıyıcıları (Yazidi Women: Passive Carriers of Cultural Borders) published by Avesta Publishing House in 2014. She was the editor in chief of Journal of Zarema, Critic and Theory, in Kurdish and is based in Diyarbakir.
