Yara Mamdouh Ahmed
Yara Ahmed is a gender studies MA candidate at the American University in Cairo, and she holds a BA in English literature from the University of Alexandria in Egypt. Her research interests include affect and the everyday, how imagination mobilises people to move, queer theory, and migration studies.
