Amira Elwakil

Amira Elwakil is a British-Egyptian feminist based in London. She holds an MA in Gender Studies from SOAS, University of London. Her research interests include masculinities, sexual harassment, and migration, particularly pertaining to Egypt and diasporas of the Middle East. She currently works with migrant communities in London, teaching English following a radical pedagogy, and campaigns on issues affecting groups she works with.
