Nouha Maaninou

Nouha Maaninou is a Research Assistant from the Center for Strategic Studies of the University of Jordan. She has a Master degree in International Cooperation, Development and Solidarity from Montpellier University and another in Human Rights and Democratisation in the Arab world from Saint-Joseph University of Beirut. Her interest in disability issues started when she worked for two years at the Maghreb Office of the French INGO "Humanity & Inclusion" (formerly known as Handicap International). She recently wrote her thesis on Women with disabilities’ inclusion in disability and women protection policies in Jordan, and wishes to publish more essays and articles on Disability and Gender in the near future.
