Fayrouz Yousfi

Fayrouz Yousfi is a doctoral researcher at Ghent University and a member of MENARG. Her work investigates the pivotal role of women agricultural workers in labor rights mobilizations in southern Morocco. Adopting a nuanced academic approach, her research examines the integration of female workers into feminized agricultural labor, exploring their resistance strategies and the evolving forms of union activism. Her primary objective is to illuminate how these women challenge exploitative working conditions in Morocco's agricultural sector, where gendered labor exploitation persists.
