Zahra Al Zuwayed

Zahra is a Saudi writer, a visual writer and a literary translator currently based in Seattle, WA. She holds a BA in English with a concentration in translation and linguistics from King Faisal University, a literary translation MA from the University of Rochester, and is currently teaching writing at the University of Washington, Seattle while working on an independent art project centered around Arab women empowerment. Zahra is currently interested in visual storytelling. If she survives the apocalypse, she wants to write for film.
